Why I Created BTHQ: 

Hi, I’m Jacqueline—a veteran educator with more than two decades of hands-on classroom experience. Over the years, I’ve led instructional teams, designed curriculum, and supported teachers through mentoring and professional development.

Balanced Teacher HQ was born out of my own journey—the highs, the challenges, and the unshakable drive to truly make a difference. I know firsthand what it’s like to crave more than just printables. I needed real systems, real support, and real balance.
